3DCalci is operated by Wynstack, registered at 11-L, St. Thomas Road, AR Line, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, 627002, India. GSTIN: Not registered. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “3DCalci” mean that entity, and “you” means the person or business using the service.

By creating an account or using any part of the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use 3DCalci.

3DCalci is business software for 3D printing shops. It calculates the cost of a print from inputs you supply, tracks your printers and filament stock, produces quotations and GST invoices carrying your own business details, publishes a public product catalog under a slug you choose, and receives orders placed against that catalog.

The numbers are yours, not ours. Every calculation is arithmetic performed on values you enter — filament weight, print time, price per kilo, wattage, electricity tariff, labour, GST rate and margin. Seeded reference data (state electricity tariff averages, printer wattages) is provided for convenience and is an average, not a reading of your bill. You are responsible for the prices you quote and the invoices you issue to your own customers.

Accounts are created and identified through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use and for everything done through your 3DCalci account.

• One account per business. Do not share credentials.
• You must be at least 18, and able to enter a contract.
• The business details you enter on invoices must be accurate and yours to use.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Elite) lift the cap on how many products your public catalog can hold; current prices are on the pricing page and are in Indian rupees.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you authorise a recurring charge (a UPI mandate, card mandate or equivalent) for the plan and billing period you chose.
• Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year. Renewal is automatic until you cancel.
• Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the displayed price where required by law.
• We may change prices. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the current billing period, and we will give notice before a changed price applies to a renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan until then and you are not charged again. Our full position on refunds is set out in the refunds & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Use 3DCalci to sell anything unlawful, or to publish a catalog of items you may not lawfully sell.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
• Attempt to access another user’s data, or to circumvent plan limits, rate limits or authentication.
• Scrape, spider or bulk-extract data from the service beyond your own account’s data.
• Upload content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or that is unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
• Interfere with the service’s operation, including load-testing or penetration-testing it without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this clause. Where the breach is not serious, we will normally contact you first.

Your calculations, products, customers, invoices and business details remain yours. We process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not publish anything from your account except the catalog you explicitly choose to publish.

The software, its design, and the reference data we compile remain ours. Using 3DCalci gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

We aim to keep 3DCalci available and correct, but it is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may take it down for maintenance. We do not guarantee that a calculation reflects your true costs, because that depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of 3DCalci — including a price you quoted, an invoice you issued, or an order you accepted through the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using 3DCalci and delete your account at any time; write to hello@wynstack.com and we will delete your data. We may end this agreement if you breach these terms, or on 30 days' notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above changes when we do, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tirunelveli have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and we both agree to try to resolve a dispute by talking to each other first.
