Features

Six tools. One shop. No spreadsheets.

3DCalci is built around one loop: work out what a print truly costs, show it to a customer, take the order, and bill it. Everything here exists to make that loop take minutes instead of an evening.

01 · Cost calculator

The number, broken into its parts.

Enter grams, print time and what you paid per kilo. 3DCalci resolves your printer's power draw and your state's electricity tariff, adds labour if you charge for it, applies GST, and puts your margin on top.

  • Filament — grams ÷ 1000 × your price per kg. No fudge factor.
  • Electricity — watts × hours ÷ 1000, costed at your real tariff, shown in kWh.
  • Labour — a flat fee per job or an hourly rate, your choice.
  • GST then margin — applied in that order, so the quote matches the bill exactly.

Half-up rounding to two decimals · identical maths in the app and on the server

02 · Printers

Your machines, with the power draw already filled in.

Pick from a catalog of 62 FDM printers and the average wattage comes with it. Running a modified machine or a clone? Override the watts on that printer and every future job uses your number instead.

  • Browse by brand, or add a machine that isn't listed
  • Per-printer wattage override for tuned or enclosed builds
  • Nickname them however you shout across the workshop
03 · Filament stock

Know what's left before you promise a deadline.

Log every spool with its material, colour, brand and what it actually cost you. The cost per kilo you record is the cost the calculator uses — so your pricing reflects the price you really paid, not the sticker price you saw once.

  • PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, Nylon, PC and anything else
  • Remaining grams per spool, so a half-used roll is still useful information
  • Your purchase price per kg feeds straight into every quote
04 · Catalog & storefront

One link that sells for you.

Save the things you print regularly as products, publish them under your own slug, and share the link. Customers see a clean page with your logo and your prices — no app to install, no account to create.

  • Your own address: catalog.3dcalci.com/your-shop
  • Publish and unpublish whenever you like
  • Line totals are recomputed on our server when an order arrives, so a tampered browser can't invent its own price
  • Free plan publishes 10 products; Pro 50; Elite as many as you like
05 · Quotations & GST bills

Look like a business, because you are one.

Set your business name, address, logo and GSTIN once. Every quotation and every invoice carries them. Turn a calculation into a quote, and an accepted quote into a bill, without retyping a single figure.

  • Multi-item bills — several prints on one invoice
  • Draft until you confirm it, so nothing goes out half-finished
  • Share straight to WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else
06 · Orders

Requests land here, not in a group chat.

Every order placed through your catalog arrives with the full item list, the customer's contact details and a server-computed total. Accept it, reject it, or mark it fulfilled — and the history stays.

  • New → Accepted → Fulfilled, or rejected with one tap
  • Rate-limited and validated on the server, so junk submissions don't flood you
  • Turn an accepted order straight into an invoice

History that doesn't rewrite itself

Every saved calculation keeps its own copy of the inputs and the breakdown. Change a printer, a tariff or a filament price later and old jobs stay exactly as you quoted them.
