Three kinds of thing, and nothing else:

• Identity, from Google Sign-In. Your name, email address, profile photo URL and Google account identifier. We never see or receive your Google password.
• What you type into the product. Your business profile (name, address, logo, GSTIN, state and connection type), your printers and their wattages, your filament stock, your saved calculations, your products, your quotations and invoices, and the orders your customers place.
• Subscription state. Which plan you are on, its billing period, its status, and the Razorpay subscription identifier. Payment instrument details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

• To provide the service — a calculation cannot be run or saved without the inputs you supply.
• To identify you across devices, so the plan you bought on the web is the plan you have in the app.
• To take payment and manage your subscription, including renewals and cancellations.
• To publish the catalog you have explicitly chosen to publish, at the slug you chose.
• To answer support requests and investigate problems you report.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, including keeping invoice records.

The legal basis is performance of our contract with you for the first four, your consent for publishing a catalog, our legitimate interest for support, and legal obligation for the last.

When someone orders through your public catalog, they give a name and contact details so you can fulfil the order. That information belongs to your relationship with them: we store and transmit it on your behalf, and we do not use it for anything else. You are responsible for handling it lawfully — including telling your customers what you do with it.

Only the processors we need to run the service:

• Google Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication. Receives your Google identity to verify who you are.
• Razorpay Software Private Limited — payments. Receives your name, email and the subscription amount, and handles the payment instrument itself.
• Our hosting provider — runs the application servers and database on which your data is stored.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We will disclose it if a valid legal order compels us to, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.

Your data is stored on servers we control. Authentication is handled by Firebase, which may process identity data outside India under Google's own safeguards.

• Account and business data: kept while your account exists.
• Saved calculations, invoices and orders: kept while your account exists, because they are your business records. Note that saved calculations deliberately keep a copy of their own inputs, so history stays truthful when you later change a printer or a rate.
• Invoice and payment records: kept as long as tax law requires, even after account deletion.
• Everything else: deleted within 30 days of you asking us to delete your account.

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate — most of it you can edit directly in the app.
• Have your account and data deleted.
• Withdraw consent for catalog publication by unpublishing it, at any time.
• Complain to us, and to the relevant data protection authority, if you think we have handled your data wrongly.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Firebase stores your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you are not asked to sign in on every visit — that is functional, not tracking, and clearing your browser data signs you out.

Note that a sign-in on 3dcalci.com does not carry over to payments.3dcalci.com, because browsers keep that storage separate per domain. When you start a subscription we pass a short-lived, single-use token between the two instead of a session.

Traffic is encrypted in transit over TLS. Access to the API requires a verified Google identity token. Requests for another user's resources are refused. Catalog order prices are recomputed on our server rather than trusted from the browser. No system is perfect — if you find a security problem, please email hello@wynstack.com and we will take it seriously.

3DCalci is business software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, the “last updated” date above changes, and material changes are notified in the app or by email. Related documents: our terms and refunds policy.
