Delete your account
Two ways to do it, what disappears, and what we are legally unable to erase. No retention dark patterns — deletion is immediate, not a 'deactivation'.

01From inside the app (instant)
Open 3DCalci → Settings → scroll to Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed straight away and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
02By email (if you have already uninstalled)
Email hello@wynstack.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my 3DCalci account. We verify that the request came from the account holder and complete the deletion within 7 days. We will confirm by reply when it is done.
Sending it from a different address means we cannot prove it is yours, so we will ask you to write in from the registered one instead.
03What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account, permanently:
- Your profile — name, email, city, state, electricity tariff and connection type.
- Your business profile, logo, GSTIN and published storefront, which stops resolving immediately.
- Every saved calculation and quotation, with their stored inputs and breakdowns.
- Your printers, filament stock and the whole filament transaction log.
- Your products, invoices, and the orders your customers placed through your catalog.
- Your notification history and any registered devices, so push stops at once.
- Your sign-in itself. The Google account you used is untouched — only its link to 3DCalci is removed.
04What we cannot delete, and why
- Subscription payment records. If you ever paid for a plan, the transaction is held by our payment processor for as long as Indian tax law requires. Those are records of what you paid us — they contain no calculations, products or customer data. We cannot erase them and neither can they.
- Backups. Deleted data can persist in encrypted rolling backups for up to 30 days before those expire. It is not restored to the live system and no one queries it.
05If you are on a paid plan
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, so nothing is charged again. Immediately means immediately: the remainder of a period you have already paid for is not refunded, because there is no longer an account to serve it to. If that matters to you, cancel first from Settings → Cancel subscription, keep using the plan until it lapses, and delete the account afterwards.
06Starting again later
Nothing stops you. Signing in with the same Google account creates a brand-new, empty profile — none of the deleted data comes back, because it no longer exists.
